The product coming from the processing line or from an elevator is loaded in the front part of the vibrating platform and advances on the various sieves.

Depending on its diameter, the product passes through the holes, sliding into the hoppers below and onto any belts (not included in the machine) that convey the product to the exit.

The calibrator is also equipped with an extractor with rubber bands to facilitate the calibration of the product and to prevent it from getting stuck in the holes of the sieves.

The sieves are interchangeable according to needs and are mounted on the machine from the smallest to the largest considering the direction of advancement of the product.

NOTE: To use the calibrator for onions, it is essential that they are previously removed from Campesato lines or similar.
