The garlic processing plant was designed and built to process garlic through peeling.
The compressed air peeler is used to peel garlic and flat onions such as Borettana and similar varieties.
The compressed air peeler processes sufficiently dry garlic, previously peeled and cut into individual cloves.
The product is loaded loose into the elevator hopper, equipped with devices that ensure uniform loading of the garlic carpet.
Peeling occurs by blowing high-pressure air through special nozzles on the pneumatic carriage, which moves back and forth.
The peeled product exits the peeling belt, while the waste is expelled via a special belt.
