The hydraulic tipper was designed and built to overturn containers, thus allowing their contents to be emptied.
The full container is loaded, the forklift is moved away from the machine's operating range, and the start button (positioned according to the customer's needs) is pressed.
The cycle begins, and the red light on the control panel begins flashing.
Rotation begins with the container left free to slide on the container retaining frame.
After a time period, programmable by the operator inside the control panel, rotation stops, allowing the container to settle properly against the frame.
The container is tightened by the container retaining frame to a pressure adjustable by the operator using the pressure switch located on the control unit.
Rotation restarts until the tipping piston reaches the end of its travel, and the product unloading door opens for a time period programmable by the operator inside the control panel.
Finally, rotation returns to the end of its travel, the container retaining frame opens, and the door closes.
The cycle ends when the red light on the control panel stops flashing.
The empty container can be removed, and the cycle restarts from the beginning.
