WHOLE PEELING PLANT WITH CORING DEVICE
The operating principle is based on manually positioning the pepper
in a vertical position, as shown in the attached video.
The following phases, in chronological order, are as follows:
- rotation of the pepper begins
- simultaneous movement along a straight line during which the following processes take place:
- rapid burning of the pigment (see attached video) (approximately 60 seconds)
- cooling using appropriately oriented water showers for approximately 60 seconds, thus stopping the cooking process and eliminating waste.
- removal of the core while unloading the peeled pepper, which has undergone no structural changes compared to the fresh product.
