The packaging machine divides the product into parts of equal quantity in bags of 5-10-25 kg each
The product is loaded into the rear hopper of the packer and is transported to the weigh hopper via a wide belt for roughing and a narrow belt for finishing.
When the programmed roughing weight has been reached, the wide belt stops and the narrow belt continues to produce a smaller quantity of product up to the final weight.
At that point the narrow belt also stops and the light bulb on the ready weight panel turns on.
Using the pedal, the operator gives consent to the opening of the hopper doors by unloading the weighed product into the appropriate container.
After a few seconds the doors close and the cycle starts again.
