Description

Hydro-Cooler for loose produce quickly reduce the core temperature of fresh carrots to extend shelf-life

The product is introduced inside the machine at the front.

The carpet advances at a very reduced speed, creating a product layer that is about 400mm high.

In the upper part of the frame there is a coil with a cooling system (not supplied by TECNO-IND FOOD) and through a 2/3 degree water shower it cools the product up to the outlet
