Processed pallets: euro pallet (1200x800), philips pallet (1200x1000)

Max load: standard 60kg non-standard over 100kg.

Maximum palletization height: 3.000mm

The Cartesian palletizer allows automatic pelletizing even
in very small spaces.
Over the years, experience and constant research have led us to create perfectly reliable palletizers suitable for every sector and
application need.
The Cartesian Palletizer is built and studied with high
resistance and durability mechanics, to work uninterrupted even in the most
particular situations and environments with maximum reliability.
Entirely driven by brushless motors and low-backlash planetary gearboxes specially sized for every request and type of application
and where required also with IP65-67 protection.
The palletizer is able to carry out productions with millimeter precision up to a palletization height of 3.000mm even with
interlocking boxes / crates. On request it is also able to carry out high
productions exceeding 20 pieces / minute.
The product gripper can lift up to a maximum load of over 60kg and, where required, even over 100kg.
 
Each gripper is always specially designed for each type of application, and its 300 ° rotation allows any type of composition inside the
pallet.
The palletizer is entirely modular and designed to be better integrated within the existing lines and even in very small spaces and can thus
be composed of all or only one of these cases:
· From 1 to 3 independent pallet positions depending on the
maximum production required.
An empty pallet warehouse with 20 pallets for euro pallets
(1200x800) and / or Philips pallets (1200x1000).
· An interlayer warehouse.
 
· Different waiting stations for full pallet pick-up.
 
All these stations are totally independent of each other and the palletizer is always able to palletize each single station with different
products with the same Cartesian, for example by taking them from 3 different
points or lines.
