Description

The box motions angular Flow Pack wrapper is a fully automatic machine that does not require manual use by the operator(s).

Products to process:

every kind of solid food produce (not liquid) with minimum dimensions of mm 20 x height 20 x 80 mm and maximum dimensions of mm 500 x height 300 x 1.500 mm

Equipped with an innovative electric impulse welding technology also used for cutting the film without using blades.

A multi-axis control perfectly synchronizes the main movements of the machine, bringing all the products perfectly, even with always variable lengths, perfectly into the sealing area, always maintaining the highest productivity performance.

The box motions angular Flow Pack wrapper is able to manage and trace every single product entering or arriving even from other machines and leaving it, sending all the information concerning the processed product to any management system and/or PC. 

• Aisi 304 frame with shot peening finish:

The robust and ergonomic frame has been carefully studied to facilitate cleaning and hygiene of the machine in total safety.

• Product entry belts:

a system of multiple belts detects the incoming product, spacing the products (even products with an always irregular length between them) in a uniform and regular way.

• Motorized reel holder with brake.

• Welding by electric impulses with temperature that can be set on the panel

• Film cutting by electric impulse bar

• Electrical panel incorporated in the machine structure.

• Operator panel with 9” touch screen

• Parameter storage for up to 100 products.

• Indication on color screen with graphic area for the user

The whole machine has been studied and conceived to be installed even in very small spaces.

Every single component has been carefully studied and researched to optimize safety, reliability and, where permitted, energy saving.
