The hydraulic press has been designed and built to press and compact only leaves and stems from the onion or garlic processing cycles in order to reduce their overall dimensions and facilitate their disposal
Working principle of the machine
The material to be pressed is introduced into the pre-chamber through the loading hopper and pushed by the action of the first piston towards the pressing chamber where, under the action of the second piston, it is pressed in several deliveries and made compact. When the agglomerated material reaches the right consistency, the third piston is activated which first moves the blade upwards so as to let the pressed material come out and then downwards, cutting it into blocks with a section of 280X280 mm whose length can be varied according to different needs.
