Description

The star-disc plough was designed and built to remove stones and soil (with a maximum diameter of 30 mm) that could damage the crop and subsequent machinery.

The speed of the star-discs is adjustable via a variable speed drive.

Waste and undersized crop are evacuated outside via a conveyor belt, if present.

The product is fed into the loading hopper and slides over rubber stars, which separate it from soil and stones that would otherwise be harmful to the subsequent processing line.

The feed speed can be adjusted via a variable speed drive to suit different needs.

The waste is collected by a hopper attached to the digger and then collected in a bin or conveyed by a belt or auger.
